Technical Business Analyst

About the role

This role is for a Technical Business Analyst, ideal for candidates with experience in legal-tech, legal publishing, or multi-country enterprise programs. The position involves gathering and validating business and technical requirements from client stakeholders, running workshops, preparing functional requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and translating requirements into workflows and integrations. The analyst will work with APIs, XML/XSD, metadata, and structured content, support GenAI/AI-enabled workflows, and maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence. The role requires strong stakeholder management and technical documentation skills, as well as hands-on experience with relevant tools and technologies.
