IT Support Engineer
About the role
Legacy Health is hiring an IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and MS365 applications. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting IT-related issues, and ensuring smooth operations across the organization. Key responsibilities include resolving user-reported issues, performing system administration tasks, and supporting application and infrastructure management. Candidates should have a diploma or higher diploma in computer science and at least three years of IT support experience. The position requires working according to the US calendar with specified night shift hours.
Must have
- Diploma/Higer Diploma in computer science
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role for 3 years
Nice to have
- A qualification in Microsoft certification will be an added advantage.
