About the role
The Executive - IT Applications Authorization at LAUGFS Holdings Limited is responsible for administering and managing user access authorization for business-critical applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Key duties include user provisioning, periodic access reviews, maintaining audit trails, supporting IAM integration, and coordinating with stakeholders to uphold standardized access models. The role requires 2–3 years of experience in IT application access management or related fields, a diploma in ICT or related discipline (with a bachelor's degree being an advantage), and familiarity with IAM concepts, RBAC, and compliance frameworks. Must have
- G.C.E. (O/L) and G.C.E. (A/L) a Diploma in ICT or a related field pursuing or holding a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Around 2–3 years' experience in IT application access management, Identity and Access Management (IAM), or related IT operations roles.
- Working knowledge of IAM concepts, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and segregation of duties (SoD).
- Experience with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other core business systems.
- Familiarity with audit, ITGC, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks.
- High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple access requests under strict timelines.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
