About the role
eBEYONDS is seeking a Project Lead – Web Projects to manage and coordinate website development and digital projects for US-based clients. The role involves leading end-to-end web projects, acting as the main point of contact for clients, planning timelines, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely project delivery. The candidate will facilitate meetings, monitor deliverables, maintain documentation, and ensure project outcomes meet client requirements and quality standards. The position is fully on-site and requires working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
Must have
- 5–8 years of experience in web project management, website project coordination, or digital project delivery.
- Proven experience managing website development, website redesign, or CMS-based projects.
- Direct experience communicating with US-based or international clients, including conducting meetings and providing project updates.
- Good understanding of website development processes, CMS platforms, UI/UX, and web technologies.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Excellent English communication, client coordination, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently coordinate technical teams, manage deadlines, and handle multiple project priorities.
- Willingness to work fully on-site during night-shift hours aligned with US business hours is mandatory.
