About the role
The Associate – Digital Transformation will be responsible for supporting the research, implementation, and optimization of digital healthcare solutions. The role involves monitoring ICT projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, preparing project documentation, and supporting enhancements to patient-facing platforms. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT or related fields, experience in digital solutions or healthcare IT, and strong organizational and communication skills. This position is suited for those interested in healthcare innovation and digital transformation within a hospital or healthcare setting.
Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT systems implementation, digital solutions, or healthcare IT.
- Basic understanding of project coordination, system implementation, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in healthcare innovation.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of healthcare systems such as HIS, EMR, PACS, LIS, or ERP will be an added advantage.
