Business Analyst & Manager Demand Planning

About the role

The Business Analyst & Manager Demand Planning role is responsible for supporting business decision-making through commercial analysis, accurate demand forecasting, and providing actionable insights across sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain. Key responsibilities include preparing demand forecasts, analyzing sales trends and performance, leading the S&OP process, developing management dashboards, supporting budgeting and planning, managing POS system updates, and identifying business opportunities and risks. The position requires a degree in a relevant field, at least 4 years of experience in business analytics or demand planning, and proficiency in advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
