About the role
The Team Lead - IFS ERP will lead the ERP implementation team at United Motors Group, focusing on the effective delivery, enhancement, and support of IFS ERP solutions. The role involves providing technical direction, mentoring team members, managing ERP changes, and ensuring the stability and continuous improvement of the organization's ERP environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing ERP configurations, upgrades, and support, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to security and operational standards. Candidates should have strong technical expertise in IFS, proven team leadership experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.
Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business IT, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably IFS
- Strong hands-on knowledge of IFS ERP/IFS Cloud and ERP configuration.
- Experience in ERP implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and support.
- Experience in stakeholder management and working closely with business users.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
