About the role
Luminex PLC is seeking energetic Assistant Engineers / Technical Officers for telecom projects at their regional office in Maharagama. The role involves supervising fibre cable laying, coordinating splicing and testing activities, understanding project drawings, ensuring installation compliance, monitoring subcontractors, conducting site inspections, and executing project plans. Candidates must have a professional qualification in Telecommunication and at least 4 years of relevant experience. The company offers a negotiable salary based on qualifications and experience. Must have
- Professional qualification from a recognised institution related to Telecommunication.
- 4+ years' experience in a similar capacity in the Telecommunication service field, related to: Fibre Network Development (FTTH / OSP), Site management & monitoring, Workforce coordination.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, network tools, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
