About the role
The Senior Business Analyst (Data & Master Data Management) role involves translating business requirements and source-system realities into clear data definitions, mappings, governance decisions, acceptance criteria, and delivery backlogs. The position requires leading workshops, defining data entities and relationships, documenting data flows, creating mappings, facilitating governance decisions, capturing data quality rules, and supporting UAT and training. The role is onsite, full-time for a 2-year contract, and involves occasional overseas travel. Candidates should have over 7 years of business analysis experience in enterprise data, integration, CRM/ERP, or transformation programs, with strong communication and analytical skills. Must have
- 7+ years BA experience on enterprise data, integration, CRM/ERP or transformation programs.
- Strong workshop facilitation and requirements documentation.
- Understanding of data models, identifiers, mappings, data quality and APIs.
- Ability to work with business Data Owners/Stewards and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Master Data Management/governance experience.
- HubSpot or enterprise CRM experience.
- Experience with certification, supply-chain or multi-region business domains.
