About the role
SLP Group, an international conglomerate specializing in innovative MEP solutions across multiple countries, is seeking a Junior Executive - IT to join their team. The role involves maintaining IT networks, servers, and security systems, troubleshooting user issues, configuring Cisco switches, managing user accounts and email hosting, handling vendor selection and asset management, strategizing technology improvements, and maintaining documentation. Candidates should have qualifications in Computer Hardware or Networking, 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong English communication skills, and experience in system configuration and network troubleshooting.
Must have
- Full or partial qualifications in the field of Computer Hardware / Networking.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a relevant field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to identify jobs/tasks based on priority.
- Experience in system configuration and network troubleshooting.
