Quality Assurance – Intern
About the role
SIT is seeking Quality Assurance Engineer interns to help ensure high-quality software and excellent user experiences. The role involves creating and executing test cases, identifying and reporting defects, managing the defect lifecycle, and assisting in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts. Interns will work remotely as part of a dynamic and fast-growing team, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship in a technology-driven environment. Candidates should be pursuing a relevant degree and have a strong understanding of software development and testing principles, as well as familiarity with testing tools and methodologies.
Must have
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development and testing principles. (Mandatory)
- Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies (Selenium, JMeter, Manual Testing) (Mandatory)
- Must be able to work between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time Zone (ET).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
