Senior Executive Information Technology
About the role
APS Logistics International – Sri Lanka is seeking a Senior Executive in Information Technology to manage and oversee daily IT operations at their Colombo office. The role involves maintaining and securing IT infrastructure, administering core systems such as ERPs and Microsoft 365, ensuring business continuity through audits and disaster recovery, and providing IT support and process optimization. The position also requires collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders to align IT solutions with business needs and deliver user training. The company is ISO 9001:2015 certified and offers a dynamic environment focused on quality and continuous improvement.
Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree or Mater’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, network administration, or IT operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in: Microsoft 365 Administration
- Strong hands-on experience in: ERP System Management
- Strong hands-on experience in: Network & Firewall Administration
- Strong hands-on experience in: Cyber Security & Endpoint Protection
- Strong hands-on experience in: Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Strong hands-on experience in: Active Directory & User Access Management
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as Microsoft 365, Cisco, Fortinet, CompTIA, Cyber Security, or related certifications will be an added advantage.
