About the role
The PC Systems Administrator - IT role at Quess involves providing technical support for laptops, desktops, hardware, software, and basic network issues. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows 11/Windows OS systems, troubleshooting MS Office, Outlook, and other business applications, supporting password management, data integrity, and basic IT security requirements, resolving routine IT issues, escalating complex problems, and collaborating with the IT team while continuously learning new technologies. Candidates should have a degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The role requires good troubleshooting, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
Must have
- Degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 0–2 years of experience is an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
