Senior Lead - Business Analyst
About the role
The Senior Lead Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and improving ERP workflows and business processes across departments, developing KPI dashboards and management reports, monitoring operational performance, and identifying system bottlenecks and gaps. The role involves gathering and coordinating functional requirements for system and ERP enhancements, conducting ERP user training, and providing ongoing support to operational teams. Candidates must have proven experience as a Lead or Senior Business Analyst, hands-on expertise in Power BI and Advanced Excel, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. The position is based in Piliyandala and requires a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Business Analysis, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Business Analyst working with ERP systems and process improvement.
- Hands-on expertise in Power BI and Advanced Excel for data analysis and dashboard development.
- Strong background in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and end-to-end project coordination.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the field, with proven experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst.
- Strong problem-solving abilities paired with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle complex, cross-departmental operations.
