Full Stack Lead (Django/React)
About the role
This role is for a Senior Full-Stack Technical Lead responsible for leading a small development team and overseeing the technical architecture, development, code quality, DevOps, and deployment of the company's platform. The position is hands-on, involving feature development, code review, delegation of tasks to junior developers, managing deployments, and establishing secure and scalable engineering practices. The role covers both backend (Django/Python) and frontend (React) development, as well as DevOps, cloud infrastructure management (AWS), and security. The candidate will also work closely with cybersecurity and compliance teams and maintain technical documentation.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years professional software development experience.
- Proven experience building and maintaining production applications.
- Strong Django/Python and React experience.
- Practical AWS and DevOps experience.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring or reviewing other developers.
Nice to have
- SaaS or multi-tenant application experience is highly desirable.
- AWS, security or ISO 27001 certifications are a plus.
