Senior Software Project Manager
About the role
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining the integrated project delivery plan for InrCliq, coordinating all workstreams, managing risks and dependencies, and driving the team towards successful, controlled releases. The role involves working closely with product, UX/UI, engineering, quality, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and quality throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include facilitating agile ceremonies, championing security and compliance, engaging stakeholders for feedback, and leading retrospectives to implement best practices. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in project management within technology or product development, with a proven track record in managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
Must have
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or product development.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, DSDM).
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
