About the role
The Associate UI/UX Developer at TechSense is responsible for bridging the gap between creative design and front-end execution. The role involves designing high-fidelity prototypes and component libraries in Figma, translating designs into production-ready Tailwind CSS, mapping complex user journeys and UI flows, leveraging AI-driven design tools for rapid ideation, and collaborating closely with the React engineering team. Candidates must demonstrate mastery of Figma (including Auto Layout and Components), deep practical knowledge of Tailwind CSS, experience with UX mapping tools (Figma, Miro), a basic understanding of React/Angular logic, and foundational HTML5 and CSS3 skills. The position offers a remote-first hybrid work model, direct mentorship from senior leadership, exposure to modern enterprise tech stacks, and full statutory benefits.
