About the role

The IT Executive at EL TORO Roofing Products Limited in Chilaw will be responsible for managing Microsoft 365 tenants, supporting Huawei Cloud infrastructure, providing ERP support, overseeing endpoint and mobile device management, implementing cybersecurity and DLP measures, troubleshooting IT infrastructure, maintaining CCTV systems, managing vendor and service agreements, and coordinating IT activities across group companies. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or higher diploma in IT or related fields, with 2–4 years of relevant experience. The role requires practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, cloud technologies, networking, endpoint management, cybersecurity, and IT troubleshooting. Applicants should be willing to travel to the head office and other business locations as needed.

Must have

Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, cloud administration, or enterprise application support.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and cloud technologies.
Experience in networking, endpoint management, cybersecurity, and IT troubleshooting.
Exposure to SAP ERP or other enterprise applications.
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Willingness to travel to Head office and other business locations when required.

Nice to have

Experience in vendor coordination, IT maintenance agreements, and SLA monitoring will be an advantage.
Knowledge of Huawei Cloud, Microsoft Intune, endpoint security solutions, and CCTV systems will be an added advantage.
