Application Support Engineer
About the role
The Application Support Engineer at eBuilder will be responsible for executing rollout and implementation projects related to cybersecurity, conducting phishing campaigns, contributing to security awareness campaigns for overseas customers, investigating customer-reported incidents, preparing and maintaining internal documentation, and performing health checks and monitoring operational systems. The role requires a degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field, with at least two years of experience in application support. Candidates should be able to manage customer expectations, possess strong presentation skills, and be dynamic and willing to take on challenges. Exposure to cloud technologies and willingness to work on a roster basis across different regions and time zones is also required.
Must have
- A graduate in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or a related degree.
- Minimum 2 year experience in Application Support.
- Able to manage customer expectations under challenging circumstances.
- Good presentation skills & ability to drive meetings professionally.
- Dynamic & willing to take challenges to cater for the customer base with full potential.
- Having exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS is beneficial.
- Willing to work on a roster basis to cater different regions & timezones of the globe.
