About the role
The GenAI Architect role is for an experienced AI Full Stack Engineer responsible for building and scaling production-grade autonomous software systems. The position involves designing multi-agent workflows, implementing memory and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, developing asynchronous backends and real-time frontends, managing data and state, and deploying robust DevOps pipelines. The role requires hands-on experience with a wide range of AI, backend, frontend, and DevOps technologies, as well as a strong understanding of system design and agentic AI failure modes. Candidates should have a background in computer science or AI and significant experience with production LLM and agentic applications.
Must have
- Full-stack development experience, including 2–3 years building and deploying production-grade LLM and agentic applications.
- Strong knowledge of asynchronous runtimes, system design, and agent failure modes, including loops, context loss, and hallucinations.
- B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, AI, or equivalent practical experience.
