IT Executive
About the role
The IT Executive at Euro Motors will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the company's IT systems and operations. Key duties include providing technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment, installing and troubleshooting hardware and software, managing network and Wi-Fi connectivity, administering user accounts and email systems, supporting business applications, maintaining IT assets and security, supporting CCTV and related devices, and coordinating with external IT vendors. The role requires relevant qualifications and experience in IT support or system administration, as well as strong technical and communication skills.
Must have
- HND or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking and hardware troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of firewalls, CCTV and IT security.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple IT tasks.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems will be an added advantage.
