Business Analyst / Project Manager
About the role
Thenex is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager on a contract basis to support an international product. The role is primarily focused on business analysis, including gathering and documenting requirements, mapping workflows, and translating business needs into actionable specifications for the development team. Project coordination responsibilities include supporting delivery, tracking timelines, and facilitating communication between stakeholders, developers, and QA. The position involves client discussions, product demos, UAT, and ensuring requirements are clearly defined and validated throughout the development lifecycle. Candidates should have at least 2 years of professional experience in business analysis and be comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Must have
- 2+ years of professional experience, primarily in Business Analysis
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
- Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders
- Experience writing user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria
- Experience analysing and documenting complex business processes and workflows
- Experience working with software development and QA teams
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience with UAT, requirement validation and product demos
- Ability to understand business rules, system dependencies and integrations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Good technical understanding and ability to communicate effectively with developers
- Strong documentation and organisational skills
- Good command of English
- Ability to work independently and take ownership

- Experience in any of the following would be an advantage: Healthcare, medical services, travel or other service-based platforms
- CRM, case management or customer portal systems
- Payment, booking or financial workflows
- Systems involving multiple external stakeholders or suppliers
