About the role
The Business Transformation Manager at EY Sri Lanka will join the Internal Transformation Services (ITS) team, a global internal consulting group partnering with executive leadership on strategic programs. The role involves shaping transformation agendas, leading multi-workstream programs, influencing senior stakeholders, and building consulting capabilities within the team. Must have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, management, engineering, technology, economics or a related discipline.
- Typically 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including substantial experience in management consulting, internal consulting or enterprise transformation leadership.
- A track record of shaping and leading complex business transformation program with senior executive sponsorship.
- Demonstrated experience across go-to-market, target operating model and organisational change management assignments.
- Experience leading consulting or program teams, developing talent and maintaining high standards across multiple deliverables.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 capability, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create executive-level materials and performance reporting in English.
Nice to have
- Design Thinking or Human-Centred Design experience, including discovery, ideation, prototyping or facilitated workshops.
- Experience in a Big Four firm, global management consultancy, multinational organisation or global capability centre.
- Recognised certification in organisational change management, project or program management, Agile, Design Thinking or facilitation.
- Experience with AI-enabled transformation, digital adoption, workforce transformation or enterprise technology change.
- MBA or another relevant postgraduate qualification is desirable but not a mandate.
