Manager Information Technology
About the role
Bellagio Sri Lanka is seeking a strategic IT leader to manage technology across their casino, hospitality, security, and corporate operations. The Manager Information Technology will have full ownership of IT strategy, budget, and team, and will be responsible for leading system upgrades, cloud migration, and digital transformation projects. Key responsibilities include setting and delivering the IT roadmap, ensuring 24/7 system availability, leading cybersecurity and compliance efforts, managing vendors and budgets, and advising senior management on technology investments. Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field (essential)
- 15+ years in IT, including at least 5 years in a senior management role
- Strong grasp of infrastructure, networking, Microsoft technologies and cloud
- A proven record in cybersecurity, IT audits and project delivery
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Nice to have
- A Master’s is an advantage
- Experience in casino, gaming, hotel or hospitality (highly desirable)
- Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CISM, CCNA/CCNP, PMP or PRINCE2 are an advantage
