Assistant Product Manager
About the role
Royal Ceramics Lanka PLC (Rocell) is seeking a dynamic Assistant Product Manager to take full ownership of an assigned product category. The role involves managing the category's financial performance, leading new product development from concept to launch, and optimizing in-store display metrics to maximize brand impact. The Assistant Product Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective go-to-market execution. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills. A proven record in extracurricular activities is considered an advantage. The company offers an attractive remuneration package based on experience and qualifications.
Must have
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar capacity.
