Digital Project Manager
About the role
The Digital Project Manager role involves working closely with international clients and internal web teams to coordinate and deliver web projects. The position requires managing project requirements, timelines, and deliverables, acting as the main liaison between clients and technical teams such as developers, designers, and content specialists. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of web technologies, excellent project coordination skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English with both clients and internal stakeholders. The role is fully onsite in Sri Lanka and requires working US business hours.
Must have
- 3–6 years of experience in web projects, project coordination, client management, implementation, technical support, or a similar role.
- Previous experience working directly with international/foreign clients is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of web technologies, web-based solutions, or web integrations.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively with both clients and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with a proactive approach to taking ownership of tasks and resolving issues.
Highlights
This position is fully onsite in Sri Lanka and requires working US shift/night shift hours. Candidates must be willing to work US business hours and interact directly with international clients.
