Junior Executive - IT
About the role
The Junior Executive - IT at INOAC Polymer Lanka Private Limited will be responsible for supporting the company's ERP system, managing cloud infrastructure, maintaining O365 Exchange servers, and preparing billing reports. The role also involves supporting virtual machine networks, Windows servers, file servers, and monitoring enterprise endpoint security. Additional duties include responding to user IT requests, preparing system reports, maintaining IT inventory, supporting hardware repairs, and managing the company CCTV system. Candidates should have an IT-related degree or higher diploma and relevant experience in server virtualization, cloud platforms, and network security.
Must have
- Should have an IT-related degree or higher diploma.
- Possess a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role, and at least experience in ERP Support in a production environment (SyteLine Cloud Suite is highly desirable).
- Prior work experience in server virtualization and cloud platforms (MS AZURE). Proven ability to manage cloud billing and resource optimization is required.
- Have an expert knowledge in implementing and troubleshooting Windows server systems, VMware, and VM system backups.
- Hands-on experience in Network Switches (CISCO, Aruba) and Firewalls (Fortinet).
- Familiarity with modern endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools, such as CrowdStrike.
