About the role
The Lead GenAI Engineer will be responsible for driving the design and development of innovative Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The role involves leading solution design, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring AI/ML engineers, researching emerging AI technologies, and ensuring the quality and performance of AI models. Candidates should have 5–7 years of experience and a background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. The position is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and requires expertise in AI/ML solution development, programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with cloud platforms and machine learning frameworks.
