Fintech Campus & Community Growth Intern
About the role
Rubaai Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a Fintech Campus & Community Growth Intern to drive grass-roots growth, brand awareness, and community adoption for their flagship fintech product, MoiPay, across university campuses and professional networks in Sri Lanka. The role involves serving as the face of MoiPay in student societies and youth networks, planning and executing campus ambassador activations, workshops, hackathons, and financial literacy sessions, as well as driving community engagement through digital marketing and outreach campaigns. The intern will also support promotional initiatives, moderate user communities, and track key growth metrics related to user acquisition and engagement.
Must have
- Current undergraduate student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields in Sri Lanka.
- Active participation or leadership role in campus clubs, student societies, or community organizations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and event organization skills with a passion for fintech and financial inclusion.
- Fluency in English along with Sinhala and/or Tamil to effectively connect with diverse local communities nationwide.
