IT Administrator & Digitalization
About the role
The IT Administrator & Digitalization role is responsible for supporting and driving digital transformation initiatives while managing daily IT operations, infrastructure, user support, and Microsoft business applications within a manufacturing environment. Key duties include administering Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 Business Central, supporting ERP implementation, maintaining IT infrastructure, providing end-user support, and managing network and systems administration. The position also involves supporting digitalization and process automation projects, identifying technology-driven efficiency improvements, and contributing to IT operations innovation. Candidates should have a relevant degree or diploma, at least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Windows environments, and strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
Must have
- Part-qualified or fully qualified Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Windows environments.
- Strong hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Good networking knowledge including VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and related technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience managing servers, PCs, network infrastructure, and end-user support.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical priorities effectively.
- Willingness to work outside standard office hours when required to minimize operational downtime.
Nice to have
- Experience administering on-premises Active Directory environments.
- Experience working with ESET on-premises security solutions.
- Certifications or part certifications in Microsoft 365 and Windows Server technologies.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and modern authentication technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization, dashboard development, and reporting.
- Exposure to digital transformation and ERP implementation projects.
