About the role
The Lead Functional Consultant (IFS Projects) at Creative Software will be responsible for leading workshops, gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and designing processes. The role involves configuring and implementing IFS Cloud Projects, preparing functional specifications, supporting integrations, delivering user training, and providing functional guidance. Additional responsibilities include supporting pre-sales activities, advising customers on project governance and profitability, and mentoring junior consultants. Must have
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 4–8 years of ERP functional consulting experience, including at least two end-to-end IFS implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience with IFS Cloud Projects.
- IFS Cloud Certification in Projects or a related module.
- Understanding of integration with Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Asset Management, and Service Management.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage customer engagements.
