Associate Project Lead cum Associate Business Analyst
About the role
OrangeHRM is seeking an Associate Project Lead cum Associate Business Analyst to serve as a bridge between customer needs and development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR software solutions. The role involves engaging with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements, leading project planning and execution, communicating with stakeholders, guiding internal teams, and advocating for customer needs. Candidates should have a degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, and 1-2 years of experience in project management or business analysis, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies. The position offers the chance to work with a global client base and contribute to the development of widely used HR software.
Must have

- Previous experience (1-2 years) in a project management or business analysis capacity, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A strong analytical mindset and proven ability to solve complex problems.
- The willingness to take ownership of tasks and work independently.
- Strong business acumen and a passion for technology.
Nice to have
- A CSM or other project management certification would be an advantage.
- Experience working with global clients, particularly in the HR domain, is a significant advantage.
