About the role
Verdentra is seeking a Tech Lead to own the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade .NET solutions. The role involves leading engineering teams, providing mentorship, and promoting best practices in coding, testing, automation, and DevOps. The Tech Lead will also shape technology strategy, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure performance, reliability, and security across platforms. Candidates should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and significant experience in .NET and related technologies, including exposure to frontend frameworks and cloud environments.
Must have
- Strong engineering leaders who can guide teams, provide clear technical direction, and support growth across .NET and related technology stacks.
- Skilled communicators with the ability to translate complex technical concepts and collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experienced engineers with 6+ years in .NET (C#) and associated technologies, with exposure to frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
- Professionals with solid architecture and design expertise, including design patterns, APIs, distributed systems, cloud-native principles, and hands-on experience in cloud and DevOps environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP), CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and agile delivery models.
