Business Analyst
About the role
V2T is seeking a Business Analyst to help clients envision and realize AI-driven transformation in industries such as transportation, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, and construction. The role involves leading discovery workshops, mapping business processes, translating ideas into actionable roadmaps, and working closely with technical teams to ensure solutions deliver measurable value. Candidates will be responsible for requirements engineering, data analysis, and supporting user adoption post-implementation. The company offers a collaborative environment with exposure to international clients and flexible hybrid working.
Must have
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant, Systems Analyst or similar role.
- A transformation mindset: the curiosity and imagination to picture how AI can fundamentally improve a business, and the ability to explain it simply and convincingly.
- A solid understanding of what AI, machine learning and generative AI can (and cannot) do in real operations.
- Strong process mapping, requirements engineering and business case skills.
- Comfort working with data: Excel, SQL and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau or similar).
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to present and facilitate with client leadership.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum teams using tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
- A degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
Nice to have
- Domain knowledge in any of the following will set you apart: Transport & Logistics: fleet management, route optimisation, ports, freight, last mile delivery.
- Supply Chain & Warehousing: WMS, inventory planning, demand forecasting, distribution networks.
- Manufacturing, especially Apparel: production planning, line balancing, SMV/SAM, cut-make-trim, lean manufacturing, ERP/MES systems.
- Construction: project scheduling, BIM, site logistics, resource planning.
- Exposure to digital twins, discrete event simulation (AnyLogic, Simio, FlexSim), IoT or AI/ML projects.
- Experience in digital transformation consulting or innovation roles.
- CBAP, CCBA or similar certification.
