Senior Engineers / Associate Tech Leads
About the role
OKLO is seeking experienced Senior Engineers and Associate Tech Leads to take on complex technical challenges and contribute to the development of impactful software solutions. The role involves leading the design and architecture of scalable and secure solutions using .NET and Azure technologies, overseeing technical delivery from requirements to production support, and mentoring engineers through code reviews and technical guidance. Responsibilities also include defining and improving engineering standards, CI/CD practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical plans. Candidates should have a strong background in system design, cloud architecture, and DevOps practices, with proven leadership experience.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on industry experience in software development with .NET and modern web frameworks.
- Proven experience leading features or small teams, mentoring engineers, and making technical design decisions.
- Strong grasp of system design, cloud architecture (preferably Azure), and Devops practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
