Project Coordinator (Digital) Intern
About the role
FutureX is seeking a Project Coordinator (Digital) Intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of software, mobile application, game development, and other digital projects. The intern will work closely with developers, designers, and other departments to ensure project requirements are understood, tasks are organized, and projects progress on schedule. Must have
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Project Management, Business Management Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and project management concepts.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Good time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Notion.
- Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with mobile application, web development, or game development workflows.
