Intern Business Analyst
About the role
Kode Tech is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern Business Analyst to join their team. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements, supporting product ownership activities, conducting research and analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in stakeholder discussions, supporting the preparation and review of functional specifications and test cases, assisting in validating solutions, contributing to user training sessions, following Agile/Scrum practices, and acting as a communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. Candidates should be passionate about bridging business needs with technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, agile environment.
Must have
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in IT, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- Basic understanding of software development concepts and business analysis practices
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills, with strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) is a plus
