Senior Customer Success Engineer – NGFW (Palo Alto Networks)
About the role
Kenzora Labs is hiring a Senior Customer Success Engineer (NGFW) to serve as the principal technical advisor and deployment specialist for enterprise accounts in Greater China, Taiwan, and Singapore. The role involves conducting service reviews, architecture assessments, and providing expert guidance on centralized management, platform migrations, advanced security feature deployment, and zero trust implementations. The position requires deep technical expertise in Palo Alto Networks NGFW solutions and hands-on experience with enterprise firewall deployments. Must have
- 5+ to 8+ years of dedicated network security engineering experience with at least 2-3 years directly deploying/troubleshooting live production enterprise firewalls.
- Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English (mandatory for supporting China/Taiwan/Singapore clients).
- Expert mastery of Palo Alto Networks NGFW architectures, PAN-OS, Panorama, Strata Cloud Manager, GlobalProtect, and dynamic routing (BGP/OSPF).

- Prior TAC tier-3 experience and PCNSE / expert-level network security certification.
