About the role

This role is for a Tech Lead Full-Stack Engineer with a backend focus, responsible for building production-grade applications powered by large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI workflows. The position involves developing Java/Spring Boot microservices, integrating backend services with AI workflows and modern web interfaces, and ensuring production reliability, observability, and performance. The candidate will also be responsible for developing automated tests, contributing to CI/CD and production-readiness, and collaborating with various teams. The role requires hands-on experience with agentic workflows and integrating enterprise tools and services through APIs.

Must have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
6+ years of production experience with Java/Spring Boot and Python
Strong understanding of distributed systems, REST/gRPC, and system design
Proven experience building end-to-end applications with strong backend expertise and working knowledge of modern frontend frameworks
Hands-on experience with RAG and agentic AI workflows, including retrieval, tool/function calling, orchestration, context management, and human-in-the-loop patterns
Experience across the complete engineering lifecycle — design, development, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support
Experience integrating applications and AI agents with enterprise APIs, tools, data sources, and MCP-based services
Strong software engineering, AI/LLM engineering, architecture, and production/reliability mindset
