Manager IT Business Partnering
About the role
The Manager - IT Business Partnering will act as the key liaison between IT and designated business units, ensuring strategic alignment between technology solutions and evolving business needs. The role involves identifying, driving, and implementing digital and IT initiatives to deliver business value, enhance operational efficiency, and support organizational growth. Responsibilities include contributing to business technology strategy, managing digital projects, overseeing vendor and contract management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining system security and compliance, managing infrastructure availability, and leading business continuity planning. The candidate will also champion digital transformation initiatives, manage change, and ensure the delivery of high-quality technology services.
Must have
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT role, preferably in business partnering or solution delivery
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, and understanding of cybersecurity concepts
- Strong track record in delivering IT solutions that meet business needs
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under pressure
- Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data to extract meaningful insights
- A passion for digital transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement
