Group IT Head
About the role
The Group IT Head at Anunine Holdings will lead the Group’s IT function, drive the technology roadmap, and ensure IT solutions align with business requirements across multiple strategic business units. The role involves overseeing digital transformation, IT governance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and technology-driven business improvements. Key responsibilities include leading ERP implementation (especially Acumatica), managing IT vendors and budgets, and building a high-performing IT team. The company operates in diverse sectors such as packaging, energy, automotive, recycling, and paper manufacturing, and values innovation and positive change. Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive IT experience, including senior IT leadership or management experience.
- Proven experience managing IT functions across multiple business units or locations.
- Strong hands-on experience in ERP implementation, rollout, optimisation and post-implementation support, preferably Acumatica.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud platforms and enterprise applications.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in IT project management, vendor management, budgeting and digital transformation.
Nice to have
- Acumatica, Azure, Google Cloud or relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
