Senior Graphic Designer
About the role
The One Group of Hotels is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join their team at the Crystal Property Group Head Office in Rajagiriya. The role involves developing campaign concepts, strengthening brand identities, and taking ownership of digital projects. Key responsibilities include creating campaign artwork, social content, menus, brochures, editing and color grading videos, maintaining consistent visual identity, preparing final files for publishing, and collaborating on photoshoots and promotions. Candidates should have at least 4 years of hands-on professional graphic design experience and proficiency in industry-standard design and editing software.
Must have
- At least 4 years of hands-on professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Canva and Figma.
- Strong typography, visual hierarchy, layout and composition skills.
- Proven video editing and colour grading skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English, our primary working language.
- The ability to manage multiple brands, briefs and deadlines.
