Assistant Manager – Change Management & Adoption
About the role
Abans PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager – Change Management & Adoption to lead and execute change management strategies for digital transformation initiatives across the Abans Group. The role involves driving user adoption, organizational readiness, and successful change initiatives, with responsibilities including developing and delivering training, communication, and adoption activities to ensure employees embrace new digital platforms and processes. The position requires collaboration with business stakeholders, monitoring adoption metrics, and acting as a liaison between users and project teams during implementation phases. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree and significant experience in change management or digital transformation roles, particularly within large enterprises.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Management/Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in Change Management, Digital Transformation, or Employee Engagement roles with at least 3 years in a Senior Executive capacity
- Demonstrated exposure to enterprise transformation, organizational change management (OCM), or large-scale program delivery within large enterprise domains
- Familiarity with Change Management frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or similar methodologies.
- Experience developing training materials, communication plans, and user engagement programs.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Data & Ai Platforms, Business Intelligence Tools, CRM, Workflow Automation, Collaboration, and Productivity Platforms is preferred.
