About the role
The Senior Disaster Recovery Analyst will be responsible for supporting IT Resilience, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery activities. Key duties include planning, documenting, and reviewing disaster recovery processes, coordinating annual DR testing, preparing test plans and reports, managing post-test actions, and supporting third-party and vendor continuity assurance. The role also involves maintaining DR schedules, management reporting, and supporting ad-hoc business continuity initiatives. Candidates should have 3–6 years of relevant experience, strong documentation and coordination skills, proficiency in MS Office tools, and fluency in English. The position is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Must have
- 3–6 years of experience in Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity
- Hands-on experience working with BC/DR environments or solutions
- Strong documentation, coordination and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- BCI / DRII certification or relevant professional membership is an advantage
