QA Internship – Playwright Automation
About the role
Xeynergy, a software development and IT services company based in Sri Lanka, is offering a QA Internship focused on Playwright Automation. The intern will gain practical experience in software quality assurance and test automation, working closely with a professional QA and engineering team. Responsibilities include assisting with various types of software testing, supporting the development and maintenance of automated test scripts using Playwright, identifying and tracking software defects, collaborating with team members, and maintaining QA documentation. The role is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in QA, attention to detail, and some exposure to Playwright.
Must have
- Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and QA practices.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript or another programming language.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to have
- Some hands-on exposure to Playwright is preferred.
