Group IT Head
About the role
Anunine Holdings is seeking a strategic and experienced Group IT Head to lead the organization's IT function across multiple business units. The role involves driving the technology roadmap, overseeing digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring IT solutions align with business requirements. Key responsibilities include leading Acumatica ERP implementation and continuous improvement, managing IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, establishing IT governance, and building a high-performing IT team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in IT leadership, ERP systems, and managing IT functions across diverse business units.
Must have
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive IT experience, including senior IT leadership or management experience.
- Proven experience managing IT functions across multiple business units or locations.
- Strong hands-on experience in ERP implementation, rollout, optimisation and post-implementation support, preferably Acumatica.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud platforms and enterprise applications.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in IT project management, vendor management, budgeting and digital transformation.
Nice to have
- Acumatica, Azure, Google Cloud or relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
