About the role
The Junior Executive - Creative & Design role at Innovative Health Solutions (Pvt) Ltd., a subsidiary of Hayleys Group, involves designing engaging visual content for both digital and offline channels, including social media, websites, and event materials. The position requires creating and editing short-form videos, motion graphics, and reels, developing consistent brand visuals, preparing visuals for B2B clients, and supporting the marketing team with content planning, scheduling, and general support. Must have
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related field. Equivalent experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Video creation and editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar) will be a strong advantage.
- A creative eye with strong attention to detail, typography and layout.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and current content trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively, get feedback well and meet deadlines.
