IT Support Technician
About the role
The IT Support Technician will be responsible for configuring Cisco switches, FortiGate firewalls, troubleshooting PC hardware, and managing OBS live-streaming software. The role involves working in a three-shift rotation schedule, including night shifts and on-call duties. Training is provided and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The position is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and requires good communication skills, responsibility, and a willingness to learn. Applicants must have their own transportation to the office.
Must have
- Experience in Cisco switch configuration
- Experience in FortiGate firewall configuration
- PC hardware troubleshooting skills
- Experience in managing and operating OBS live-streaming software

Highlights
