Creative Content Writer
About the role
Prime One Global is seeking five Creative Content Writers to craft engaging, persuasive, and original content for websites, blogs, and digital platforms. The role involves conducting research, developing content strategies, writing SEO-optimized articles, and collaborating with marketing, design, and strategy teams. Writers will be responsible for publishing content via various CMS platforms, ensuring on-page SEO, and maintaining high editorial standards. The company offers a supportive, growth-oriented environment with hybrid or fully remote work options within Sri Lanka, and provides benefits such as accommodation, meals, and statutory contributions for in-office staff. Applicants are expected to have a portfolio of published work and a strong command of English.
Must have
- Based in Sri Lanka (Onsite, remote, or hybrid options available)
- Minimum of two years of practical experience in content writing, copywriting, or blogging
- Excellent command of English (writing, grammar, storytelling)
- Experience with web publishing/CMS (WordPress preferred)
- Strong attention to detail; reliable with deadlines
- Portfolio of published work (articles, blogs, website copy)
Nice to have
- The ability to write or translate in Sinhala or Tamil is a definitive advantage.

Highlights
Applicants must be based in Sri Lanka and can work onsite, hybrid, or fully remote. Complimentary accommodation and meals are provided for those working from Vavuniya or Colombo offices. Salary is experience-based, ranging from Rs. 30,000 for interns to Rs. 125,000 for expert writers.
