About the role

The Assistant Manager - Business Analyst will be responsible for driving divisional strategic projects and supporting the strategy formulation, implementation, and evaluation processes within the Activewear Value Stream at MAS. The role involves managing special functional projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing annual planning and budgeting processes, and supporting the development and monitoring of performance measures. The successful candidate will provide strategic input through research and analysis to facilitate decision-making and support senior leadership in achieving organizational goals. The position is based in Nawala and is part of a team serving global clients in the sportswear and athleisure industry.
